Overseas Projects & Investment
Our overseas investment strategy focuses on high-growth areas with long-term development potential. In the Dominican Republic, we invested in two residential projects — Seaview Place and SOLHE Condos — located in the luxury destination of Cap Cana. These projects were selected to help us gain firsthand experience with the full construction lifecycle in the Dominican Republic, assess the financial advantages of pre-construction purchases, and evaluate post-completion property appreciation.
In Peru, we acquired nine commercial lots in Chilca, a rapidly developing coastal area south of Lima known for its beaches and tourism appeal. Strategically located near Kilometer 60 of the Pan-American Highway, these lots position us at the heart of a promising corridor for future commercial activity and regional growth.
